Lancebox Ltd carried out the strip out of the warehouse including strip out and removal of the mezzanine, for Magrock.
Scope of works
- Complete strip out of warehouse back to a shell
- Complete strip out of admin office back to a shell
- Strip out and removal of 8000m² mezzanine
- Strip out inclusive of lighting and sprinkler system
