Lancebox Ltd carried out strip out and demolition works on a listed building at East End House
Scope of works
- Complete internal strip out
- Full demolition of existing wings that were added throughout the 70s & 80s to the listed building
- Breaking out and removal of associated concrete slabs
- Removal of associated foundations
- Lancebox reclaimed materials such as; yellow stock bricks, roof slates, timber joists, floor boards and external windows
- Removal of all asbestos as identified within R&D survey
