18 St Mary’s, former school building being refurbed for foster care. This building is adjacent to a live college.
Client was Standage.
Our scope of works completed.
- Loose furniture removed.
- Soft strip back to shell
- Plaster hacked off back to brick.
- Side extension dismantled by hand. Which we salvaged yellow stock brick for reuse.
- Boundary wall demolished by hand. Replaced with temporary site hoarding.
- Slab and foundations grubbed up.
- All waste arisings removed from site, waste segregated into correct waste streams to assist with recycling, ??% of waste avoiding landfill from the project.
