Scope of works
- Full demolition of buildings including associated footings down to a max depth of 1.5 metres
- Welfare unit allowed for by Lancebox for duration of works
- Erected protection scaffolding where necessary
- Crushed all suitable material down to a 6f2 spec and left stockpiled on site
- Asbestos remediation works; removal of asbestos roof and removal of asbestos cement from ground
