Lancebox Ltd carried out the strip out of office areas, mezzanine floor removal and removal of plant from within warehouse area, for Merit.
Scope of works
- Removal of mezzanine to unit 3 including side wings
- Removal of plant that became redundant as part of mezzanine removal
- Stripping out; lightweight partitions, floor finishes, ceiling finishes, raised access flooring and services in within floor and ceiling voids to office areas
