Lancebox Ltd carried out strip out, demolition and temporary works at 163 High Street, Kensington for Quinn London.
Scope of works
- Removal of existing floor slabs to mews building at basement and ground level
- Removal of existing roof to main and mews buildings to allow for new rooftop extension and new mews development
- Internal strip out; removal of all internal non-load bearing partitions, wall linings, internal staircases, internal doors, windows, floor finishes, wall finishes, ceiling finishes and any fixtures/ fittings and furniture still present when works commenced.
- Lancebox installed weatherproofing and temporary flying shores to the remaining façade
